All financial transactions, settlement distributions, and automation splits (our 1.0% technology convenience fee routing to the platform and the 99.0% commercial merchant disbursement balance) are executed through the licensed payment rails of ClickPesa in absolute compliance with Bank of Tanzania National Payment Systems guidelines. The registered Merchant assumes the legal standing of Data Controller under the Tanzania Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of 2022 and assumes total civil and criminal liability for all consumer data records loaded into the system. Bypassing system templates to perform cyber-harassment or sending un-verified collection strings will result in immediate service termination without a refund.
